Working with me includes:

  • In person and online sessions for your convenience

  • 24/7 online scheduling through a client portal that also allows you to send private messages or upload important things you wish to share with me

  • Being a priority as I only work with a small group of people at a time to ensure personalized and attentive treatment

  • Private text and phone access as needed through a HIPAA compliant mobile app

  • Ongoing, evidence-based treatment

Fees


90 Minute Initial Intake Appointment

$165

The first session is 90 minutes. I will gather information about you including anything from your past you feel is relevant to us working together, your present situation and concerns, and the goals you wish to achieve in our work together. We will come up with goals so progress can begin immediately.


Weekly 50 minute sessions

$140

Ongoing sessions after the first initial session are usually 50 minutes. I ask clients I work with to commit to weekly sessions for our first 2-3 months (8-12 sessions) working together so we can set a solid foundation, help you find insight, and help you develop skills that can help you achieve your goals. Once we start seeing progress, we will assess if you are ready to transition to bi-weekly sessions and eventually monthly sessions as you continue to progress and achieve your goals.


90 Minute Family/Couples Session

$165

We often have important people in our lives who play a role in our ability to grow and build a life worth living. Having support and understanding from these people can be helpful in creating a life we love. I am happy to provide family and couples sessions as needed in your treatment. If you are exclusively looking for family based therapy, I would suggest utilizing 90 minute sessions, as often 50 minute sessions do not leave much time for all parties to feel heard and process what they need to process. 

DBT Skills groups are a vital piece of DBT treatment and beneficial to EVERYONE! These skills can be used to better one’s life and relationships.

I recommend learning DBT Skills to anyone unless they have little to no issue regulating their emotions. So if you are interested in DBT Skills, joining a group can be a very helpful and inexpensive way to progress toward your goals.

Insurance

I currently accept the following insurances: United Healthcare, Optum, Medicare, and Blue Cross Blue Shield of IL.

If you are a Missouri resident, please be sure to specify this during your consultation, so we can check your insurance coverage as some insurances like BCBS have different requirements according to state of residence.

Cancellation Policy

24 Hour Notice of Cancellation is required. If a cancellation occurs within 24 hours of our appointment the full set rate of the session will be charged. 

Forms of Payment

Credit cards, Checks, and Cash are all accepted. Payment is due at the time of session. You can store a credit card on file in the Client Portal to make payments super easy.
