I strive to provide therapy that gives you support and accountability. I want to help you increase acceptance of yourself and others, change unhealthy patterns, and enhance your overall well-being. The main approaches I use in my practice are:

  • DBT is a type of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy that has been proven to help people who struggle to control or manage their behaviors and emotions. DBT is highly structured, solution focused, and aims to help people replace destructive habits, emotions and thoughts with more effective solutions.
